Privacy policy

Summary: this website is a set of static pages. It has no forms, sets no cookies, runs no audience analytics and does not profile visitors. There is no sign-up and no login.

This English version is provided for convenience. The Portuguese version prevails and is governed by Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Who the controller is

R Fiuza Serviços e Consultoria Ltda. (Rebecca Fiuza Arquitetura), Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 50.360.070/0001-29, based in Recife, PE, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed in connection with this website.

2. What this website collects

While browsing, you do not give us any personal data: we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other information, because there are no forms on these pages.

As with any website, the server that delivers the pages automatically records technical connection data — IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and operating system. These records exist to keep the site online, measure aggregate traffic and prevent abuse or attacks.

3. Legal basis

• Legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX), for technical connection records: without them the site cannot be operated securely or incidents investigated.
• Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (LGPD, art. 7, V), when you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or email using the details published here.

4. If you write to us

The contact buttons and addresses on this website lead to our own WhatsApp, Instagram and email channels. When you write to us, you share whatever you choose to send — usually your name, contact details and a description of your project. We use this information only to reply and, if things move forward, to prepare a proposal and provide our services. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services, which process conversation data under their own privacy policy. Messages sent to our email address are forwarded by Cloudflare to the studio’s mailbox.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use social media pixels, Google Analytics or any similar tool, and does not load fonts, scripts or images hosted by third parties. Every file is served from our own domain. That is why there is no cookie banner here: there would be nothing to consent to.

If this changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live, and the effective date above will reflect it.

6. Who else has access

The pages are hosted by Cloudflare, which acts as a processor and handles the technical records described in section 2 to deliver the content and protect the site. Cloudflare operates infrastructure outside Brazil, so these technical data may be transferred internationally under the safeguards adopted by the provider.

Other than that, we do not share data with third parties, except where required by law, court order or a request from a competent authority.

7. Project images

The photos and 3D images published here show the studio’s projects and are shared with our clients’ permission. We do not identify property owners. If you appear in any image or are responsible for one of the spaces shown and would like it removed, please write to contato@rebeccafiuza.com.br.

8. How long we keep data

• Technical connection records: for the period applied by the hosting provider and, at least, the 6 months required by article 15 of Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).
• Messages you send us: for as long as we are assisting you and, afterwards, for the period needed to comply with legal obligations or exercise rights in legal proceedings.

9. Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right, at any time and free of charge, to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, request portability, obtain information about sharing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@rebeccafiuza.com.br. We reply within 15 days and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity — a security measure in your favour. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. Security

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and keeps no database or logged-in area — there is no personal database here to be breached.

11. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
